Our New Mimaki CG-130FXII Vinyl Cutter!

We have added a Mimaki CG-130FXII vinyl cutter to our production arsenal! The Mimaki vinyl cutter lets us precision contour cut, half cut, and die cut vinyl materials, meaning that we now have the capability to print and cut out a large number of vinyl graphics including: stickers, labels, decals, and more!
The Mimaki has an optical sensor that allows for high-speed continuous crop mark detection while printing and cutting. We can now precisely contour cut your vinyl graphics. It also features Mimaki’s proprietary “Half Cut” technology, which does not cut the vinyl graphic completely away from roll material – it leaves a few “connection points” to hold the graphic in place. The graphic can be easily detached from the rest of the material when it is needed; eliminating lost or damaged vinyl graphics. Contact your sales representative for a vinyl graphic sample.
Key Features:
- Selectable clamp pressure with high and low setting ensures accurate cutting of various media.
- Over-cut function makes the starting and ending points overlapped, which eliminates uncut portion of the media.
- Media can be loaded from back or front.
